At the Flamingo Goodwill

It sounds so… Vegas-y– “Flamingo Goodwill.”

We stopped in while waiting for the Shecky Wagon to have its radiator looked at.

We couldn’t help but notice the three (Three!) Frank Caliendo bobble-head dolls. And we couldn’t help but notice that they look nothing like Caliendo!

The Male Half thought it kinda looks like Birbiglia. The Female Half thought it resembled Larry Miller.

HEY! Only a $1.99! Get 'em while they're hot!

Maybe it was designed using the specs from that science experiment from 2006, the one where the scientist melded the features from 20 prominent comedians to come up with the ultimate “Face of Comedy.” (Everyone concluded it looked like Ricky Gervais.)

Caliendo is at the Monte Carlo through April (“…ending his 16-month run to spend more time with his family.”) Or is he? We hear conflicting reports. Showrooms on the strip are like a chess board. People “announce” or “leak” information all the time about their comings and goings, all in an effort to secure either a better deal at their current home or a new deal at another across the street.
